The competent support team works with our products and the 3D ecosystem on a daily basis and is ready to help you with your technical challenges or your 3D printing results. MakerBot not only manufactures 3D printers, but also provides a complete 3D ecosystem with MakerBot Print, MakerBot Desktop, MakerBot Mobile, the MakerBot Apps and more. Our goal is to help you achieve outstanding printing results right from the start.

Annual all-round check
The free annual all-round check of your MakerBot includes not only the replacement of wearing parts, but also a basic cleaning and recalibration of the print. This ensures that you continue to receive optimum printing results.

Frequently asked questions & answers about the MakerCare maintenance & service package
The MakerBot MakerCare maintenance & service package helps you to achieve a seamless workflow with your MakerBot Replicator 3D printer. An optimally maintained device, competent contact persons for questions or problems as well as excellent know-how in handling the MakerBot Print and the MakerBot 3D printers are guaranteed. Preferential and fastest possible replacement of SmartExtruders & accessories as well as a replacement device in case of maintenance or warranty minimizes downtimes.
The MakerBot MakerCare maintenance & service package is mainly aimed at professional users such as companies or educational institutions. It can of course also be purchased by private individuals. The MakerCare refers to a user who acts as a contact person for us.
The MakerBot MakerCare is device-bound. This means that each MakerBot Replicator 3D printer requires its own contract. Authorization to use MakerBot MakerCare is authenticated using the serial number of the device and the contract number.
The MakerBot MakerCare maintenance & service contract is valid for one year from the date of contract conclusion. We will inform you before the contract expires. However, the contract is not automatically extended for a further calendar year. The user is responsible for its renewal.
You can of course conclude a MakerBot MakerCare maintenance contract with us at any time. However, if you have not purchased the device from us or if it is more than 2 years old, further clarification or a quality check (possibly subject to a charge) is required.
