Get personalized online introductory training from our experts to ensure your team can use the printers with ease. 3D printing training helps your team to master the necessary tools so that you are always one step ahead.
We know that there is a lot of new knowledge to learn after buying a 3D printer. The personal live online training brings you up to speed as quickly as possible. After purchasing the Pro Service Plan, you can book a 60-minute personal online training session that covers the most relevant topics for your applications.
By participating in our personalized online training, you will learn the most important aspects of working with the Formlabs printer and consumables – we cover everything from print preparation in PreForm to printer maintenance and post-processing. To take full advantage of the training, book the session for a time when you have already been practicing with your Formlabs printer for three to four weeks, or when you encounter problems or challenges.
For advanced users
The offer is aimed not only at beginners, but also at experienced and advanced users. If you send in your 3D models in advance, your contact person will discuss in detail how you can achieve the best printing results. You can also receive further information on printer maintenance and post-processing of the printed objects.
It may also be a good idea to invite colleagues to the training and record the session for debriefing or sharing.

The Formlabs team of experts will also support you in Italian or Spanish. This allows us to clarify your request easily and personally. The lines are open for you Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. CET.
With PSP customer service, your emails take priority. Send an email to ask questions about anything from preparation to post-processing or printer maintenance and you’ll receive useful answers within half a working day, with a short video tutorial if necessary.

The Pro Service team will give you detailed instructions by phone and email so that you can often solve the problems on site. In some cases, the printer may need to be sent to our repair center to resolve a hardware issue. In this case, we will send you a replacement device so that you can print again within 72 hours. This reduces the average downtime without a 3D printer for Serviceplan customers by 85%.
