Maintenance and service package for MakerBot 3D printers for 1 year.
With this maintenance and service package, you enjoy one hour of support credit (e-mail/telephone/TeamViewer) within one year, e.g. for targeted support when commissioning your MakerBot 3D printer or for questions regarding the printing of objects. Once the credit has been used up, you will receive a 50% reduction on the regular hourly rate of CHF 165.

Annual all-round check
The free annual all-round check of your MakerBot includes not only the replacement of wearing parts, but also a basic cleaning and recalibration of the print. This ensures that you continue to receive optimum printing results.

Bring-in service & pre-warranty replacement, printing service
Under MakerCare, the bring-in service applies when a warranty claim occurs or for the annual all-round check (costs for labor and materials are covered. You must bear the shipping costs yourself). Spare parts can also be purchased as pre-warranty replacements to minimize downtime. If your 3D printer needs to be sent in for repair, 3D-EDU GmbH will take care of your 3D prints during the downtime.

MakerCare is not to be understood as a warranty extension, but is intended to support you in achieving the desired results and ensure optimum care of your appliance. The maintenance and service package includes free replacement, but not spare parts if the appliance or parts of it are no longer covered by the warranty.
