Take the opportunity
You must opt for V.I.peel when purchasing the 3D scanner. Thereafter, the service plan is renewable on an annual basis. Once you have registered the service plan, we will upgrade your first year of warranty to the V.I.peel benefits and add another year of V.I.peel (2 years in total). The V.I.peel benefits will take effect immediately.

What happens if my scanner stops working?
If your scanner stops working, simply get in touch with our support team to resolve the problem.
Am I protected even if I am responsible for damaging my scanner?
In short, yes. Accidents that occur under normal conditions of use are covered by our V.I.peel plan and entitle you to 1 repair at a reduced cost per 12 months.
Under certain conditions, such as water damage, a repair may be rejected.
What happens after my V.I.peel expires?
In order to continue to benefit from the advantages of V.I.peel, you will be offered the opportunity to extend your plan before it expires.
Should I take out the service plan when I buy the 3D scanner?
Yes, although peel 3 scanners are supplied with a standard 1-year warranty, you will immediately benefit from the advantages (upgrade of your warranty plan) if you upgrade to the V.I.peel service plan at the time of purchase. You will also receive an additional year of V.I.peel (2 years in total).
