We offer extensive service and support for all the brands we represent, either ourselves or in close cooperation with the manufacturers.

As we have or have had most 3D printers in operation ourselves, we know them very well. As a result, we have far more experience than can be conveyed through technical training from the manufacturer.

That is why we not only offer you smooth warranty or repair processing, but also further personal service and support on the machines.

On request, we can install the 3D printers on your premises and train you and your employees.

Formlabs Service & Support

Here you will find the most important information to support Formlabs products. In cooperation with Formlabs, we offer additional service and warranty packages for every Formlabs 3D printer according to your needs. We take care of the warranty or repair processing for you. In addition, you will always receive sound and individual advice from us.

MakerBot Service & Support

Here you will find the most important information to support MakerBot products. In addition to the MakerCare service plans for MakerBot machines, you will find technical advice, operating instructions and other key documents to download.

We support you with all MakerBot 3D printers from the MakerBot Replicator 2 (2012) to the current generation.
