The Raise3D Pro3 HS is a powerful series of professional high-speed 3D printers equipped with Hyper FFF® technology, closed-loop stepper motors, optimized hardware, automatic filament changing and support for up to two spools of 2.5 kg filament each to enable fast continuous printing of industrial and composite materials. They are ideal for print service providers and general manufacturers looking to efficiently produce short runs of industrial-grade and composite tools, fixtures and end-use parts.
The FFF 3D printers of the Pro3 series can be seamlessly integrated into the Raise3D 3D printing software environment. This includes a 3D slicing program (ideaMaker), a 3D printer cloud-based management software (RaiseCloud) and an online print profile collection called ideaMaker Library.

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series supports high-speed printing of composite materials at 200-300 mm/s, including Hyper Core and Industrial High-Performance materials for end-use applications. The new Hyper Speed series of the Pro3 meets the high standards and requirements of users, improving both production efficiency and product quality. Thanks to this support for high-performance composites, printed parts can be used effectively in even the most demanding end-use applications. The HS series supports high-performance composites and the Open Filament Program (OPF).

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series incorporates Hyper FFF® technology for precise and reliable high-speed printing with Hyper Speed technology, which offers a high flow rate hotend and an active vibration reduction algorithm. The Pro3 HS series can print at standard speeds of 300 mm/s and is equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor in the gear system that improves extruder motion control to achieve more precise high-speed printing without step loss. The new pressure build-up plate ensures more uniform magnetic adhesion and reduces deformation of the model. The optimized clutch increases motion stability, and the proven all-metal frame ensures smooth movement and precise positioning for high print quality.
The Raise3D Pro3 HS series has an automatic filament switching function that enables uninterrupted production. With the ability to print with larger filament spools of up to 2.5 kg, the Pro3 HS series can enable continuous printing of up to 5 kg of material. The newly added RFID sensor can recognize the filament and checks the necessary parameters to prevent incorrect material usage. In addition, the automatic filament unloading function reduces manual intervention.

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series has been developed and optimized for high-volume industrial printing applications to increase its reliability. The reinforced hotend and all-metal nozzle in combination with the proven all-metal frame and two-pass extruder enable production over many hours. The stepper motors with optical encoders improve accuracy and long-term repeatability.
