The Formlabs Fuse Sift is an all-in-one station that combines several work steps. With the Form Sift, parts are cleaned, powder is extracted, recovered and material is stored and mixed in one device. This ensures safe, clean and efficient powder management. This compact, free-standing machine combines all the central functions of SLS 3D printing pre- and post-processing, as well as powder recovery.

Fuse Blast

The Fuse Blast is a fully automated and easy-to-use cleaning and polishing system for the post-processing of SLS 3D printed parts. The Fuse Blast fits seamlessly into the ecosystem of the Fuse series and optimizes your finishing processes by making it possible to clean an entire construction chamber of parts within 30 minutes. With the optional polishing extension*, the Fuse Blast produces a smooth, semi-gloss finish that is ready for painting.

The best solution for effortless cleaning of printed parts with the Fuse Blast. With 100% automatic post-processing, you can clean an entire build chamber full of parts in just 10 minutes with preset programs that save you trial and error.

Parts in end product quality

Achieve tangibly clean parts thanks to an in-line ionizer that prevents dust and abrasive re-deposition on your parts, or go one step further with the polishing function* for a smooth, semi-gloss finish that’s ready for painting.

Save time and money

Reduce your operating costs with the Fuse Blast’s waste filter system. This significantly reduces the powder saturation of the blast media, extends the service life by four to eight times and reduces the working time for parts removal in the Fuse Sift by 80% at the same time.
