Formlabs Form 4 Silicone 40A Resin 1L
With Formlabs Silicone 40A Shore Durometer material, you can produce soft, pliable and durable parts with an elongation at break of 230% and a tensile strength at break of 12 kN/m. The material can withstand repeated cycles of stretching, bending and compression. Combine the high performance of silicone with the design freedom of 3D printing to produce highly functional silicone parts with excellent chemical and thermal resistance (-25°C to 125°C), as well as fine features as small as 0.3 mm and complex geometries.
Disclaimer: Formlabs is currently awaiting TSCA registration. Until this registration is received, Silicone 40A Resin may only be used for research and development (R&D) purposes. We expect to receive the TSCA registration by the end of 2023. Once the registration is in place, this resin can be used for commercial, R&D and all other appropriate applications.

Formlabs Silicone 40A requires a special cleaning agent consisting of 80% IPA and 20% N-butyl acetate and an adapted curing -> “Specifications” tab.
