The second generation Form Cure uses a precise combination of heat and 405nm light to produce strong, resilient parts faster and more consistently than ever before. Now cure printed parts from the Form 4 & Form 4B in just 60 seconds, thanks to 4 times higher UV intensity, 5 times shorter preheat time and a 1.3 times larger chamber. Simply choose from our validated presets for over 45 Formlabs materials and start curing. You can also adjust the time and temperature settings to suit your requirements.

Post-curing completes the chemical reaction that begins during the printing process, increasing the strength, toughness, heat and creep resistance of the final part. At the same time, it creates a harder, less sticky surface.

Post-curing is always required for biocompatible materials in order to meet the safety standards prescribed by the regulatory authorities.
