Automatic cleaning with the Form Wash 2nd Generation
The Form Wash cleans printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA or an alternative solvent, completely automatically. Simply leave your printed parts on the construction platform when transferring them to the Form Wash or detach them and place them in the wash basket. The parts are precisely and thoroughly rinsed with solvent by an impeller to completely clean even the smallest cracks and holes – automatically for the right length of time. The Form Wash automatically lifts the parts out of the IPA at the end of the wash cycle so that they can air dry.

so that they are perfectly clean in all nooks and crannies.
A consistent, automated workflow
Once the cleaning process is complete, the Form Wash automatically lifts the components out of the container to prevent the parts from soaking or warping. The components are then left to air dry and are ready for further processing when they are.
