The Form 4L enables the production of large, highly detailed parts from a wide range of materials within one day.

The Form 4L takes accessible SLA 3D printing to a new level by utilizing the innovative LFD technology of the Form 4 but offering an impressively larger build volume: At 35.3 x 19.6 x 35.0 cm, it is 4.6 times larger than that of the Form 4 and 13% larger than its predecessor, the Form 3L.

Compared to the Form 3L and Form 3BL, the Form 4L is faster, more reliable and easier to maintain. Thanks to the powerful Light Processing Unit 4L (LPU 4L), each layer of resin is cured in a single step instead of being traced with two lasers as with the Form 3L. This significantly reduces the printing time, regardless of how much of the build volume is used, and allows even large parts to be completed within a few hours.

While the Form 3L was a breakthrough for large-format SLA printing, its longer print times often slowed down iterative development processes.
