Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS Filament 1.0kg 1.75mm
Hyper Speed ABS filament is one of the specially developed filaments from the high-speed filament line for FFF printing. When printing at high speeds, the filament is quickly fed into the heating block and the polymer has very little time to transition from a solid to a molten state, which can lead to nozzle clogging and poor bond quality between layers. In addition, ABS can warp and delaminate the printed part during high-speed printing without a heated chamber.
Please note that the Hyper Speed ABS Filament will only work correctly if the Hyper Speed Hot Ends, Auto Calibrator and Hyper Speed Filaments are installed on a Pro3 Series printer that is enabled in Hyper Speed mode. The absence of any of these components can lead to printing errors.

With optimized molecular weight and stiffness, Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS is able to melt and cool faster during high-speed printing, resulting in a lower temperature gradient and lower internal stress of the printed part. Hyper Speed ABS is virtually warp-free and has improved interlayer adhesion. It is therefore also ideal for many functional prototyping parts, tools and fittings with many different post-processing options.
The new composition of the Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS is characterized by optimized molecular weight and stiffness and enables printing speeds of up to 300 mm/s. The improved ABS filament for the Hyper Speed upgrade also has better heat resistance compared to its predecessor.

Compatibility
The Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS Filament 1.0kg 1.75mm is compatible with the Raise3D Pro 3 and Raise3D Pro 3 Plus after the Hyper Speed upgrade has been performed with the Upgrade Kit.
