The Hyper Core filament line is focused on a new generation of professional and industrial fiber-reinforced composite filaments for Hyper FFF®.

Fiber-reinforced composite filaments are the ideal material for the production of industrial and consumer parts as well as for high-performance applications with high strength, stiffness and heat resistance. However, high-speed printing with fiber-reinforced filament comes with many challenges, such as reduced flowability and poorer interlayer bonding quality, as well as faster nozzle wear.

To overcome these challenges, Raise3D has developed a new extrusion technology to form a cross-section of filament with a fiber-rich inner core and a polymer-coated outer skin for the Hyper Core family. During high-speed FFF printing, the thick polymer skin of Hyper Core PPA GF25 filament improves polymer healing and the welding process at the interface between adjacent layers and lines. Hyper Core PPA GF25 is optimized for a fast melt rate in the hot end and a good balance between printing efficiency, quality, performance and cost.

Hyper Core PPA GF25 has high stiffness (6.6 GPa), strength (98 MPa), heat resistance (189 ℃) and excellent print quality. Hyper Core PPA GF25 is the ideal choice for various industrial applications where high performance, stability and cost efficiency are required.
