The Hyper Core filament line is focused on a new generation of professional and industrial fiber-reinforced composite filaments for Hyper FFF®.

Fiber-reinforced composite filaments are the ideal material for the production of industrial and consumer parts as well as for high-performance applications with high strength, stiffness and heat resistance. However, high-speed printing with fiber-reinforced filament comes with many challenges, such as reduced flowability and poorer interlayer bonding quality, as well as faster nozzle wear.

To overcome these challenges, Raise3D Hyper Core PPA CF25 filament is an extrusion technology specifically designed to form a fiber-rich inner core. During high-speed printing, the excellent thermal conductivity of the carbon fiber-rich core accelerates the melting of the filament in the hot end. At the same time, more residual thermal energy is recovered from the fiber-rich inner core, which improves polymer healing and welding processes at the interface between adjacent layers and lines. Compared to the normal PPA CF, the Hyper Core PPA CF25 significantly improves the strength in the Z-direction, the surface quality and also the service life of the nozzle. It is ideal for industrial applications where high performance, stability and efficiency are required.
