Formlabs TPU 90A Powder is a carbon fiber reinforced material. It combines the advantages of nylon and carbon fiber. This makes this high-performance material suitable for the production of rigid, strong and lightweight parts for end use. Components made from Formlabs PA 11 CF are strong, lightweight and permanently stable, even at high temperatures. Formlabs TPU 90A Powder 6kg has been developed for use with the Formlabs Fuse 1 and Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W.

The material was developed for the new version of the Fuse Sift (February 2022). Older original models of the Fuse Sift require a retrofit on site.
