It is a glass-filled nylon 12 and is suitable for functional prototyping and for the production of complex assemblies as well as for the manufacture of end-use parts. Formlabs PA 12 GF can withstand demanding conditions and is recommended for applications where structural rigidity and thermal stability are critical.

Additional information
The high modulus of elasticity and the high HDT (heat deflection temperature) make Nylon 12 GF Powder interesting for the production of prototypes for the functional validation of composite materials as well as stable end-use parts that can withstand demanding conditions. Parts made from Formlabs Nylon 12 GF are very dimensionally stable (hardly any warpage) and can withstand continuous loads – even at high temperatures. In addition, the parts have very low moisture absorption and are resistant to light, heat and chemicals.
