The industrial vacuum cleaner for post-processing with the Fuse Sift has been specially designed for dust applications in ATEX zones. This vacuum cleaner provides the necessary power and fulfills all safety requirements for the safe operation of the Formlabs Fuse Sift, and its compactness and ease of use make it very versatile.
The standard version includes a stainless steel container (AISI304), complete earthing, an antistatic polyester filter and thus offers maximum safety when extracting various materials. The use of a class M filter bag (antistatic) facilitates the disposal of the collected dust.

This industrial vacuum cleaner is intended for the Fuse Sift powder recovery station. This is because the Formlabs Fuse Sift Station requires an external vacuum cleaner for operation. This industrial vacuum cleaner is available here separately. It helps you to keep the work area clean efficiently and safely. The integrated hose and controls allow you to clean the work area, clean the build chamber and remove debris from the sieve.
Due to the potential hazards posed by SLS powders, a static dissipative vacuum cleaner that complies with NFPA 652 is required.
