Fuse Sift Industrial Vacuum Cleaner 230V

The Formlabs Fuse Sift is a safe, efficient powder recovery system for the Formlabs Fuse 1 SLS 3D printer. This all-in-one station is easy to use and combines several work steps. The build platform and the components it contains can be removed safely and cleanly. The components, the build chamber and finally the Fuse Sift itself can be vacuumed. The unused powder is recovered. It can be safely stored in the Fuse Sift and later mixed with fresh powder.

• Compact, closed system: A vacuum system keeps the SLS powder inside the Fuse Sift and allows easy access for working and cleaning.
• Hardly any waste: A refresh ratio / material refresh rate of 30% means that you can print with up to 70% recycled powder. With the Formlabs Fuse 1, this is possible indefinitely. The sieve inside the Fuse Sift filters the used SLS powder. This can then be mixed with new powder and reused for further print jobs.
• Automatic powder mixing: Fuse Sift automatically mixes used and new powder together. It automatically doses the fresh powder, allowing you to reduce waste and control your powder supply.
• Interruption-free printing: Reduce downtimes by working with additional build chambers and powder cartridges. You can use the new build chamber immediately after a completed print job and achieve an uninterrupted workflow.
• Post-processing tools: The Fuse Sift contains all the necessary post-processing tools to easily remove excess powder from the components.
