ESD resin / synthetic resin 1L cartridge
Increase the efficiency of your electronics production with Formlabs ESD Resin, a cost-effective solution for your ESD-protected tooling. Use the ESD Resin for prototyping and validating the production processes of your electronic components. With this resin, you can print dissipative parts that repel dust and dirt or housings to protect your sensitive electronics from static discharges. The surface resistance of components made from this material is105 –108 Ω.
Static resistance
Use Formlabs ESD Resin to protect your electronics from uncontrolled static discharges and thus from malfunctions.
High load capacity
Thanks to its high modulus and impact resistance, ESD Resin can withstand the conditions of the production line.
The ESD resin is a cost-effective solution for manufacturing static-resistant parts and is suitable for the following applications, for example:

Supported print resolutions: 100 and 50 micrometers.
Post-curing required.
At least Resin Tank V2 required for Form 3.
Available for Form 3, Form 3L, Form 3B, Form 3BL. Not available for Form 2.
The print settings for this material may not yet be available for the Form 3L and Form 3BL printers.
