The Formlabs Color Kit is a color mixing solution for Formlabs 3D printers and allows 3D printing in various colors. This eliminates the need for manual reworking, painting or coloring. This allows you to create colored concept models and test product concepts faster and more realistically.

Scope of delivery
The Formlabs Color Kit consists of a Color Base cartridge (800 ml) for the Form 3 or Form 4 and five color pigments (115 ml each): Cyan, Mangenta, Yellow, Black and White. You will also receive 5 dosing syringes and instructions. Use the Color Kit to mix and print matt, opaque parts in a range of colors.
Supported print resolutions: 100, 50 and 25 microns.
No post-curing required.
This Form X material requires additional steps for successful printing.
Quick guide to the Formlabs Color Kit:
- Select a color. Formlabs has tested 16 colors for which you can find the mixing ratio in the included instructions.
- Add color pigments to the color base according to the Formlabs Color Kit instructions. Follow the recipe exactly to obtain the appropriate color. Measure the amount of pigment and add it to your color base cartridge.
- Shake the paint cartridge well. The paint/resin mixture must be thoroughly mixed by shaking the cartridge.
- Insert the cartridge into your Formlabs 3D printer as usual and print!
