We are pleased to introduce the new Dental LT Clear Resin V2, which is now available in our product range. The material is compatible with the Form 2, Form 3B+ and Form 3BL.
Models can be 3D printed in solid or hollow form. This is also possible in orthodontics or in the dental practice. This is because 3D printing of models for the production of retainers or aligners increases efficiency and cost-effectiveness compared to conventional manufacturing processes. The same applies to orthodontics.
For the first time, Formlabs is launching a carbon fiber reinforced SLS powder; the Formlabs Nylon 11 CF powder for the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W SLS 3D printer. This allows you to produce strong, lightweight and heat-resistant parts. This allows you to dispense with conventional overlay methods or machining.
The compact SLS 3D printer for high throughput and high-performance materials
Formlabs presents the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W SLS printer. Among other things, it offers up to twice the printing speed of its predecessor. The Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W includes a number of enhancements and improvements. These include, for example, a new, more powerful 30 watt laser with higher scanning speed, improved powder handling and the option of printing with nitrogen purging. With the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W, users can increase throughput and have the option of using new high-performance materials.
We are pleased to announce the launch of Formlabs polyurethane resins PU Rigid 650 Resin and PU Rigid 1000 Resin. These are Formlabs’ toughest and most durable materials to date.
