Formlabs Form Wash (2nd generation)/ SLA cleaning station

Form Wash automates the cleaning process of the components after printing.
The components pass directly from the Form 2-4 into the Form Wash (2nd generation). The Form Wash (2nd generation) cleans printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA or another cleaning agent, completely automatically. You can simply leave your printed parts on the platform or remove them from the print bed and place them in the wash basket. The parts are thoroughly rinsed with the cleaning agent to clean even the smallest gaps and holes – automatically for the right length of time. After the washing process, the Form Wash automatically lifts the parts out of the IPA so that they can air dry.

Clean cleaning with the Form Wash (2nd generation)

You can leave the components on the construction platform and remove them from the Formlabs Form 2-4 without protective gloves. You can then place the construction platform directly into the Formlabs Form Wash (2nd generation) for cleaning.

Adaptable to components and building platform

The Form Wash (2nd generation) holds the build platform and the full build volume of the Formlabs Form 4, but the build platform holder can also be adapted to the build platforms of the Form 2/3. If you print rather small models or dental models, the holder can also be lowered so that you only have to fill a fraction of the Form Wash (2nd generation) with solvent to clean the models on the build platform.

Automatic IPA cleaning

The build platform with the components is automatically lifted out of the bath by the Formlabs Form Wash as soon as the time has elapsed. In this way, they do not remain in the IPA for too long, where they would become deformed. This allows the printed components to dry in the air. They are then ready for collection. The Form Wash (2nd generation) also has a better seal, which significantly reduces the evaporation of the IPA compared to the Form Wash.
