The online platform checks your data and immediately creates a non-binding quote for your 3D printing project. You will then receive an offer by e-mail. You can confirm this electronically. In this way, we try to keep response times as short as possible to enable the fastest possible implementation. Alternatively, as a new customer you can initiate the order directly if you pay by PayPal/credit card. As a regular customer, you can of course also order directly on account.

If anything is unclear, we will contact you immediately to clarify this in advance.

The components are not further reworked by us. The removal of support structures is the responsibility of the customer or must be specifically requested.
