Combined with the other tools MakerBot offers, the MakerBot Replicator+ simplifies desktop 3D printing for professionals and teachers.

Larger installation space & high-quality construction for better performance

To achieve better performance, the MakerBot Replicator+ has been designed with high-quality components and a more stable construction. Among other things, it now offers a 25% larger build space and an improved build platform. The SmartExtruder+ is now also supplied as standard with the Replicator+.

In addition, the MakerBot Replicator+ is compatible with the new gray Tough PLA filament and the corresponding Tough PLA SmarExtruder+, which was developed for engineers and designers.

The MakerBot Replicator+ prints 30% faster than its predecessor and offers a 25% larger build volume. To improve reliability and precision, the hardware has been further developed in many places, such as the completely redesigned x,y-axis.

Combined with improved applications

Save time during print preparation with the new MakerBot Print software and Makerbot Mobile. The Replicator+ can be controlled cloud-based from anywhere with the MakerBot Print or Mobile app. With MakerBot Print you can now import native CAD files and assemblies directly. These are automatically placed on the build platform(s) and can be produced simultaneously or sequentially on one or more printers. MakerBot Mobile also offers a “Mobile Manual” to simplify the installation of the devices.

Flexible building board with “GRIP” surface

With the new “Grip” surface, the objects adhere better to the build plate. This reduces warping and unintentional detachment from the build plate during printing. However, the new flexible build plate makes it easier to remove the objects from the build plate afterwards. The build plate is also adjusted at the factory. This means you can start 3D printing immediately.

The MakerBot Smart Extruder+ is easy to attach and replace. It has been tested for over 160,000 hours to deliver consistent performance and best results with MakerBot PLA filament.
