Product details

Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W & Fuse Sift Occasions-Package

The Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W uses SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology. This enables fast SLS 3D printing without support structures for high-quality prototypes and finished parts. The Fuse 1+ 30W SLS 3D printer builds on the Fuse 1 and enables higher throughput and the use of high-performance materials. Thanks to high printing speeds, an extended range of materials, optimized packing density and improved refeed rates, production-ready 3D printing at industrial level is now easy to implement in your company. To improve the mechanical properties and increase the recyclability of the powder, you can use the option of printing with nitrogen purging with the Fuse 1+ 30W.

Formlabs offers an affordable, compact SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) platform with the Fuse 1+ 30W and the Fuse Sift – the post-processing and powder preparation station.

We are a Formabs certified reseller, which means we can offer you excellent service for Formlabs products.

Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W – powerful, affordable and efficient SLS 3D printer for SMEs

Realize really fast prototyping and production of end-use parts in your company with the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W SLS 3D printer with unprecedented printing speeds and a wide range of materials. Thanks to the sophisticated pre-post and recovery system and high capacity, fast and efficient use is guaranteed.

30 watt laser, active powder handling and nitrogen purging option for even higher quality

The Fuse 1+ 30W is equipped with a powerful 30-watt laser. This means that prototypes and end-user parts can be produced in a single day. Setting up the machine and placing print jobs, as well as powder handling, is as easy as with the Fuse 1. In addition, active powder handling enables the use of exclusive new materials such as carbon fiber-reinforced nylon. As an option, the machine can also be filled with nitrogen for unparalleled performance and consistency in all SLS parts.

Safe and clean SLS 3D printing without interruption

The combination of Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W and Fuse Sift, the powder recovery station, enables part removal, powder recovery, storage and mixing in a single device. With this set-up, you can produce fully functional parts with a 30% refresh rate – with unlimited cycles. This means you can print with up to 70% recycled powder. The Fuse Sift automatically dispenses and mixes used and new powder so you can reduce waste, reduce powder contact and control your powder supply.

Improved ease of use and high material quality

The Formlabs SLS powders are designed for the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W. They deliver high performance and at the same time the costs per part have been optimized. You also benefit from the intelligent material management of the Formlabs SLS platform. Further materials will follow shortly.
Like the Formlabs Form 3 SLA 3D printers, the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W also has a modular design. This means that individual components can be easily replaced, massively reducing downtime due to repairs.

Modular construction chamber

The build chamber of the Fuse 1+ 30W is compatible with the Fuse Sift. This means that the build chamber can be removed from the printer after an initial cooling phase. By adding a second build chamber, you can start a new print job 1-2 hours after the previous print has been completed thanks to the fast cooling times. This allows you to reduce downtimes and increase the capacity utilization of the system.
