The Formlabs Form Cure L V2 shortens the post-curing of large printed parts from the Form 4L/4BL to up to 60 seconds, thanks to 5 times higher UV intensity and faster heating than with the previous version. All this with 26% less space required despite post-curing parts up to 19% larger.

Formlabs Form Cure L V2
The Form Cure L V2 achieves strong, resilient parts through the precise combination of heat and 405nm light, faster and more consistently than ever before. Reduce post-curing of large printed parts from the Form4L/4BL to as little as 60 seconds, thanks to 5 times more UV intensity and faster heating than the previous version, while taking up 26% less space and post-curing parts up to 19% larger. Simply choose from our validated presets for over 45 Formlabs materials and start post-curing. Advanced users can customize the time and temperature settings according to their requirements.
Post-curing completes the chemical reaction that begins during the printing process, increasing the strength, toughness, heat and creep resistance of the final part. At the same time, it creates a harder, less sticky surface.
Post-curing is always required for biocompatible materials in order to meet the safety standards prescribed by the regulatory authorities.
