Material management with automatically conveyed filament change
The material station is designed so that the UltiMaker S7 can be left unattended and can therefore 3D print around the clock for longer. Once a spool has been used up, the system automatically switches to the next spool. In addition, the material is loaded into the material station in just a few seconds – not minutes. Simply open the door and place the spool in a compartment. Each unused spool can also be replaced during a running print.

Carefree storage
All bobbins are stored at a relative humidity of less than 25 % so that almost any material can be processed. The reinforced prefeeders also allow the processing of abrasive composite materials. Each material shaft of the Material Station is equipped with NFC readers for integration with UltiMaker Cura and Digital Factory.

Integrated air filter
This not only improves the air quality; thanks to the fully enclosed build chamber and the single glass door, the print quality is also improved.
Flexible building board
The PEI-coated flexible build plate allows the printed components to be removed quickly and easily. Nevertheless, they adhere during the entire printing process without the use of adhesive. The plate can then be quickly and securely snapped back into place, increasing productivity.
Inductive sensor
The inductive sensor scans the build plate with less electrical noise and greater accuracy. Now you can actually start a print and walk away – confident of a perfect first layer.
Integration of Cura
With the UltiMaker S7 Pro Bundle, you can access UltiMaker Cura features that speed up your workflow and increase printing success – such as intent profiles, easy remote printing and much more.
Backward compatibility of files
If you already have an UltiMaker S5, all your S5 print files will work on the new UltiMaker S7 without you having to re-slice them.
Anti-flooding sensor
The newly designed print head is equipped with an early detection sensor, which helps to protect it from material flooding. It also has stronger magnets to ensure that the print head flap remains closed.
