L&rsquo;infiltration est la structure de support dans votre impression 3D, qui est imprim\u00e9e comme un motif. La plupart des objets ne peuvent pas \u00eatre imprim\u00e9s sans elle. L&rsquo;infiltration maintient ou soutient les parois ext\u00e9rieures (shells) et les couches sup\u00e9rieures de l&rsquo;impression. Plus le motif de remplissage est dense, plus le r\u00e9sultat de l&rsquo;impression sera massif et r\u00e9sistant. Le seul inconv\u00e9nient est que l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une plus grande quantit\u00e9 de remplissage n\u00e9cessite un temps d&rsquo;impression et un mat\u00e9riau (filament) beaucoup plus importants.     <\/p>\n<p>La plupart des logiciels d&rsquo;impression 3D permettent de r\u00e9gler la densit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;infiltration. Cela permet d&rsquo;imprimer de mani\u00e8re uniforme sur l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;objet. Il est \u00e9galement imprim\u00e9 \u00e0 des endroits qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de support structurel. En raison de cette inefficacit\u00e9, nous devions dans le pass\u00e9 modifier manuellement le r\u00e9glage pour que chaque impression ait un motif d&rsquo;infiltration. -C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce que MinFill fait d\u00e9sormais automatiquement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un algorithme intelligent.    <\/p>\n<p>En tant que nouveau mode d&rsquo;impression puissant et param\u00e8tre de remplissage, MinFill optimise radicalement la structure de support au sein d&rsquo;une impression 3D. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet algorithme avanc\u00e9, MinFill analyse le mod\u00e8le 3D pour d\u00e9terminer o\u00f9 les structures de support sont r\u00e9ellement n\u00e9cessaires. En fonction de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du mod\u00e8le, MinFill cr\u00e9e les structures de support les plus petites possibles dans votre impression. Il d\u00e9termine l&rsquo;angle, l&rsquo;emplacement et la densit\u00e9 des infiltrations partout o\u00f9 elles sont r\u00e9ellement n\u00e9cessaires, comme pour les couches de finition ou certaines parois.   <\/p>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres param\u00e8tres de remplissage, MinFill d\u00e9termine si l&rsquo;impression n\u00e9cessite des structures internes. Si elles ne sont pas n\u00e9cessaires, elles ne sont pas imprim\u00e9es. En m\u00eame temps, il veille \u00e0 ce que la qualit\u00e9 de la surface ne soit pas compromise.
