Elles sont donc id\u00e9ales pour l&rsquo;impression 3D de composants, tant pour le prototypage que pour la production. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/3d-edu.ch\/fr\/formlabs\/resine-formlabs\/\">r\u00e9sines SLA<\/a> traditionnelles sont fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de polym\u00e8res acryliques et peuvent donc perdre de leur durabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme.  <\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sines de polyur\u00e9thane sont toutefois un mat\u00e9riau d&rsquo;impression 3D inhabituel. En effet, leur fabrication n\u00e9cessite une chimie complexe. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe mat\u00e9riaux de Formlabs a finalement opt\u00e9 pour une composition chimique hybride. Cette formulation propre consiste en une combinaison d&rsquo;acrylate et d&rsquo;ur\u00e9thane. La pr\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;impression et le post-traitement n\u00e9cessitent plus de rigueur pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats excellents et coh\u00e9rents. <\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tapes de travail sont comparables \u00e0 l&rsquo;impression avec d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux. Il s&rsquo;agit notamment d&rsquo;une \u00e9tuve \u00e0 faible taux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 (2% RH) et d&rsquo;une chambre d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9. Ces \u00e9quipements sont n\u00e9cessaires pour contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, qui a un impact important sur les performances du produit final.
