Fond\u00e9e en 2020, l&rsquo;entreprise dispose de plus de 25 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans la fabrication, l&rsquo;utilisation, la transformation et \u00e9galement la finition des mati\u00e8res plastiques. Sous la direction de son CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/christian-poffet-133b4458\/\">Christian Poffet<\/a>, ing\u00e9nieur en plasturgie HES\/NDS et constructeur de machines ES, l&rsquo;entreprise s&rsquo;efforce depuis toujours d&rsquo;innover pour traduire en plastique les id\u00e9es individuelles de ses clients.  <\/p>\n<p>Depuis ses d\u00e9buts, l&rsquo;entreprise utilise la fabrication additive dans diff\u00e9rents domaines d&rsquo;application, ce qui lui permet de fournir \u00e0 ses clients des prototypes cibl\u00e9s ou des \u00e9chantillons initiaux sp\u00e9ciaux \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape d&rsquo;un projet. Cette imprimante 3D est principalement utilis\u00e9e pour le prototypage. Fri-Plast \u00e9largit ainsi ses possibilit\u00e9s de production de petites s\u00e9ries dans le domaine du moulage par injection. Les outils conventionnels sont constitu\u00e9s de pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques durables fabriqu\u00e9es par usinage ou moulage de m\u00e9tal. L&rsquo;outillage rapide, dans le cadre du d\u00e9veloppement de produits, permet aux fabricants de valider leurs conceptions et leurs mat\u00e9riaux avant de passer \u00e0 la production de masse. Cela acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le d\u00e9veloppement du produit et permet des it\u00e9rations rapides, de plus, les mat\u00e9riaux de production finaux peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s. Cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les performances des pi\u00e8ces dans des applications r\u00e9elles ou d&rsquo;utiliser de petites s\u00e9ries pour des tests b\u00eata et de validation. L&rsquo;outillage rapide permet \u00e9galement de corriger les erreurs dans le processus de fabrication ; les d\u00e9fauts de l&rsquo;outil sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s avant d&rsquo;investir dans des outils de production co\u00fbteux. En outre, l&rsquo;outillage rapide offre la possibilit\u00e9 de produire des pi\u00e8ces sur mesure ou en petites s\u00e9ries pour l&rsquo;utilisateur final via des m\u00e9thodes de fabrication traditionnelles qui seraient tout simplement inabordables avec un outillage conventionnel.      <\/p>\n<p><strong>Utilisation de l&rsquo;impression 3D SLA pour la fabrication d&rsquo;outils de moulage par injection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chez Fri-Plast Engineering, l&rsquo;objectif de l&rsquo;acquisition de l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/3d-edu.ch\/fr\/formlabs\/imprimante-3d-formlabs\/\">imprimante 3D SLA<\/a> a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 de fabriquer des outils pour le moulage par injection. La combinaison de la fabrication additive et du moulage par injection doit permettre de mettre en \u0153uvre et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des applications dans des d\u00e9lais courts.
