Currently, most filaments on the market still hit an invisible &#8220;volume speed&#8221; wall; the filament cannot be extruded fast enough to keep up with the speed of the extruder movement. <\/p>\n<p>In high-speed 3D printing, the filament is fed through the heating block very quickly. As a result, the polymer has very little time to change from a solid to a molten state. This is because these materials have high heat resistance, strength and rigidity. However, printing fiber-reinforced filaments at high speed poses many challenges. For example, they have lower flowability and interlayer adhesion. They also promote faster wear of the nozzle.    <\/p>\n<p>The Hyper Core filaments therefore have a fiber-rich inner core in which most of the carbon fibers are well aligned and distributed. The excellent thermal conductivity of the carbon fiber-rich core accelerates the melting of the filament in the hot end. In addition, fewer fibers are embedded on the surface of the filament.
