The newly launched professional dual extruder 3D printers Pro3 series from Raise3D meet the requirements of both production and rapid prototyping with high precision and stable operation around the clock, even for relatively large components. Many improvements for even more reliability
A high-quality machine design with advanced features and an intelligent assistance system called EVE make the Pro3 series dual-extruder 3D printers an excellent option for professional 3D printing. The Raise3D Pro3 is connected to the Raise3D 3D printing software ecosystem. This includes the 3D slicing program ideaMaker, the cloud-based 3D print management software RaiseCloud, as well as the open ideaMaker Library.
Improved hardware
The Raise3D Pro3 has improved hardware components for higher performance with better printing results. These include
- Automatic bed leveling makes setting up a 3D printer faster and easier.
- The flexible build plate makes it easy to remove 3D printed parts.
- The rigidity of the Z-axis bar has been increased by 75 % to achieve a more stable performance.
Simplified extruder handling
The Raise3D Pro3 has a dual extrusion system with modular extruders. This allows you to print a variety of filaments with the Pro3. The hot ends of the Raise3D Pro3 can be easily removed without tools, making them easy to change, maintain or replace. This reduces blockages and makes it easy to replace components.
Air Flow Manager for better heat dissipation
The Air Flow Manager is located at the rear of the printer. This improves heat dissipation and air circulation, creating a stable environment in the printing chamber. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager also filters and cleans the air in the chamber.
EVE Smart Assistant – assisted maintenance
The Raise3D Pro3 series has an integrated EVE assistance system that pre-installs common printing problems and solutions. The EVE Assistant can help the user to pinpoint and resolve issues that may affect the final print job. The EVE Wizard has a function that reminds the user of regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure that it is carried out on time. It also helps to reduce maintenance time and communication costs for an efficient maintenance process.
