NinjaFlex 1.75 mm flexible filament (TPE)
NinjaFlex opens up the possibility for flexible prints with low-tack, NinjaFlex filament. NinjaFlex produces extremely flexible and robust prints that push the limits of today’s best-selling 3D printers. NinjaFlex is a specially manufactured thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), specifically designed for all 3D printers with direct drive extruders. All NinjaFlex filaments are made in the USA. NinjaFlex is a patent-pending new filament technology.
NinjaFlex can normally be used with the same settings as PLA. The special setting of the retraction length and speed can improve the quality depending on the print. It may also be necessary to reduce the print speed to approx. 20-30mm/s.
Processing guidelines
Recommended extruder temperature: 225-235 ° C
Recommended print bed temperature: 20 – 50 ° C
Recommended print speed: 10-35 mm / s
Printer compatibility
The filament can be used with the Replicator 2 as well as with the Replicator 5th Generation, Replicator+ and the Replicator Z18 using the Tough PLA SmartExtruder+.
