This is Formlabs’ toughest resin. Choose Tough 1500 Resin for stiff and pliable parts that bend and quickly return to their original position, as well as for simulating polypropylene (PP).

Tough 1500 Resin 1L cartridge
Tough 1500 Resin is a highly resilient material. Tough 1500 Resin is suitable for prototyping stiff but flexible parts that can be bent and spring back quickly.
It can be used for the following applications:
- Prototypes that are repeatedly bent and need to get back into shape quickly
- Devices that are repeatedly bent
- To simulate the strength and stiffness of polypropylene (PP)
The number “1500” in the name stands for the tensile modulus of the material. If you need a harder material, try Tough 2000 Resin.
