The next generation of dental and medical 3D printing

The LFS (Low Force Stereolithography) technology was installed in the Formlabs Form 3B. This is characterized by a flexible resin tank and an improved exposure unit (Light Processing Unit). This allows resin to flow more quickly during the printing process. In addition, the forces involved in the peeling process during the printing process are reduced. Ultimately, these further developments lead to continuous and repeatable 3D printing. In addition, printing is faster and the surface finish and part transparency print results are even better.

Designed for production

With the Formlabs Form 3B with a print volume of 145 x 145 x 185 mm, you can produce around 2-3 times more parts per build plate than with a DLP 3D printer with a small build platform. Post-processing is even easier with the Formlabs Form 3B. Finer and easier to remove support structures allow for shorter and more efficient post-processing.
