The Formlabs Form Wash ensures perfect and automated cleaning of your components that you produce with the Formlabs Form 2 or Form 3.

Formlabs Form Wash / IPA cleaning
Form Wash automates the cleaning process of the components after printing.
The components move directly from Form 2 into the Form Wash. You no longer need gloves and the components can be left on the build platform.
Once the cleaning process is complete, the Form Wash automatically lifts the components out of the IPA to prevent the parts from soaking or warping.

Clean cleaning with the Form Wash
You can leave the components on the construction platform and remove them from the Formlabs Form 2 without protective gloves. You can then place the construction platform directly into the Formlabs Form Wash for cleaning.
Insert the building platform and wait
All you have to do is set the time. Leave everything else to the Formlabs Form Wash. After approx. 15 minutes in the alcohol bath*, the cleaning process is complete. With the Form Wash, the components are rotated in the IPA without you having to do anything, which means that even hard-to-reach areas are cleaned perfectly. Around 70 building boards per IPA filling can be cleaned with regular use. The replaceable IPA container holds 8.6 liters of isopropanol.
Automatic IPA cleaning
The build platform with the components is automatically lifted out of the bath by the Formlabs Form Wash as soon as the time has elapsed. In this way, they do not remain in the IPA for too long, where they would become deformed. This allows the printed components to dry in the air.
